I was born in Zurich in 1959. I studied music at the former Zurich Conservatory with Hans Brian (teaching diploma) and Hans Schicker (concert diploma). I won several prizes at various competitions.
After completing my studies I began a varied activity in the chamber music field. Further training as a choir conductor and wind band conductor. I have many years of teaching experience at the Wädenswil Music School (children of all levels, including adults) and the Hohe Promenade Cantonal School, and was a long-standing jury member at the Zurich city level tests.
It is very close to my heart to be allowed to teach music and to discover classical music together with you, both as a beginner as well as for those returning, and to reactivate existing (slumbering) abilities. My preference is classical music, but there is also a lot to discover in pop and jazz.
I am very patient and sensitive and would be very happy to teach you or your child! Music is my life’s motto and a balance to everyday life!
